Do you offer discounted resident tickets?
Yes, we have a limited allocation of complimentary & discounted tickets for Piano People In The Park 2026. These are now on offer to local residents. Please click here for eligibility.
Please note:
Piano People In The Park is still 'subject to licence' when applying for tickets.
The ticket price will be fully refundable if event licence is not granted. However, the booking fee is not refundable.
Ticket Entry Times
Please refer to your ticket for your allocated arrival time. Late fees will apply if you miss your scheduled slot.
Where can I buy my ticket
Piano People In The Park tickets are now on sale here.
What time does the event start?
Piano People In The Park runs from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Last entry is strictly 6:00 PM, so please arrive early to avoid delays.
Do I need to print my ticket
No, digital tickets on your phone are accepted. Please ensure your screen is bright and your QR Code is ready to be scanned upon arrival.
Can I change the name on my ticket(s)?
Yes! you can change the name on your ticket. Please note, you can only make one change per ticket, so double-check those details before submitting. All name change details must be received at least 14 days before the event. Any requests after this time will not be considered.
Is there re-entry once I’ve entered the site?
No, re-entry is not permitted. Please make sure you have everything you need before entering.
Do I need to create an account to book?
Yes! You’ll need to create an account to book your Piano People tickets online. Already part of the family? You can use your existing account to log in and check out.
How do I view my booking or log into 'My Account'?
The lead booker can log in at https://www.pianopeople.club/log-in to check the booking, make payments, and download tickets when they are available.
Who's the lead booker?
The lead booker is the person who made the booking or the one you picked to look after it. We only deal with the lead booker when it comes to questions or changes, so please use the email linked to the booking to get in touch.
Do you offer Booking Protection?
If you purchase your ticket through Easol, we’ve got you covered with optional booking protection through XCover.com. Just make sure to select it at the checkout, as it can’t be added afterwards. Please take a moment to review the full terms before purchasing to be sure you're happy with the cover!
Can I book for a friend or relative?
Yes you can. Just nominate a lead booker and make sure you enter the correct details for each ticket holder when you book.
How do I update my payment details?
Just log in at https://www.pianopeople.club/log-in to update your card info. Keep it fresh to avoid any payment issues.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can! Just select the Payment Plan tickets at the bottom of the ticket page. Your first payment goes through straight away, and your schedule is as shown at the checkout!
Is there a payment plan fee?
Yes, there's a 3% fee when selecting the Payment Plan option.
Can I change my payment plan?
No changes once it’s confirmed, but you can always reach out early to pay off your balance and lock in your spot. Just make sure you’re happy with your plan before you finalise your purchase!
Can my group pay for their ticket separately?
We don’t do split payments. All charges go through the lead booker’s card.
What if I miss a payment?
If a scheduled card payment doesn’t go through, we’ll automatically retry it every 7 days, up to three attempts. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the payment plan will end and the remaining balance will need to be paid in full by logging into your account. Unfortunately, payment plans can’t be restarted after this point. To avoid any disruption, please make sure your card details are up to date and sufficient funds are available. You’ll receive email notifications from our payment partner, Easol, ahead of upcoming payments and if any payment issues occur.
When is my last payment due?
Your final payment is due according to your chosen payment plan, or immediately if you paid in full at booking. If a scheduled payment doesn’t go through, we’ll retry it up to three times. Should all three attempts be unsuccessful, the remaining balance will need to be paid in full. If the balance remains unpaid 14 days after the third failed attempt, your booking may be cancelled and the reserved ticket released for resale. Any payments already made are non-refundable, so we recommend keeping your payment details up to date to ensure your booking stays secure.
What if my payment fails but I have enough money in my account?
If your payment fails but you’ve got enough funds, reach out to our customer support team right after the first failed payment. We’ll help sort it out before your next one’s due.
What if my card payment fails at checkout?
If your card gets declined, check with your bank first. Sometimes 3D Secure glitches cause this. Make sure your bank has your latest contact info. Also, try using a different browser and clear your cookies and cache before trying again.
What if I forgot my password?
No worries, just hit the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page to reset it.
What if my confirmation email is incorrect or missing?
Contact us within 48 hours if there’s an issue with your confirmation or if you didn’t get it. We’ll sort it out.
Can I change the number of tickets in my booking?
We cannot remove any tickets from your booking once you've secured your spot. However, we can change the name on your ticket one time. Please ensure your new ticket details are sent no later than 14 days before the event.
How do I cancel my booking?
Submit your cancellation request at least 7 days prior to your next installment here or email us at hello@pianopeople.club
Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
If you have booking protection with Xcover, you may be eligible for a refund by successfully submitting a claim. Without booking protection, tickets are non-refundable. You can cancel your booking at any time, but any payments already made will not be refunded.
Where is the event taking place?
Piano People In the Park will take place at Southwark Park, London, SE16.
What’s the nearest station to Barking Park?
Canada Water Station – approx. 10–12 minutes' walk (Jubilee Line & Overground)
Surrey Quays Station – approx. 8–10 minutes' walk
Bermondsey Station – approx. 15–20 minutes' walk
Are there parking facilities at the venue?
There is no official parking. We recommend using public transport, or ride-sharing services.
Will there be bike parking?
Limited bike racks are available nearby, but bikes are left at your own risk.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, Piano People In The Park is strictly 18+.
What forms of ID are accepted?
Valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) is required for entry.
Can I bring a bag?
Small bags (under A4 size) are allowed. All bags will be searched. Large bags, suitcases, and rucksacks are not permitted.
What items are prohibited? Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
- Outside food & drink
- Illegal substances
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Professional recording equipment
- Large umbrellas or gazebos
Venue Description
Piano People In The Park is at Southwark Park, London on Friday 28th August.
There is step-free access into the site.
The site is very flat and is approximately 0.07 km2
If looking at google maps, the site is the northern area of Southwark Park where the Bowl Club and Bandstand is.
The site is grass and flat and has hard string paths throughout.
Access Facilities
Companion/PA tickets available at no additional fee are available on request, please contact us on our access email address.
There is a viewing platform at the mainstage.
At stage 2 there is a viewing area with a barrier.
At stage 3 there is also a viewing area with a barrier.
At the two smaller 100 capacity stages, there are no dedicated areas, but the procedure is that customers ask a member of staff to help them get to an appropriate area of their choice.
All accessible toilets have a code which can be given to you by a member of security who will be near the toilets. You can also get the code from the medical or welfare tents. We will send this code out via email to ticket holders who have requested a free Companion/PA ticket.
There is no venue-specific parking.
Travel Guide
The taxi drop-off point is 0.3 miles from the entrance.
The entrance is at the northeast corner of the park, use the postcode SE16 2FD to see on the map

Bermondsey (0.4 miles to entrance, 0.7 miles from exit)
Rotherhithe (0.7 miles to entrance, 0.7 miles from exit)
Canada Water (0.5 miles to entrance, 0.3 miles from exit)
The nearest bus stops to the entrance to the festival are: Southwark Park Stop C and F)
The nearest bus stops to the exit of the festival are: Hothfield Place Stop P and Surrey Quays Road Stop Y.
Arrival Guide
- The site is open on Friday 28th August 2026 from 14.00 – 22:30. Last entry is 18:00.
- The busiest times to arrive are between 14.00 and 17.00.
- The venue is accessible from the road onto a hard string path.
- There is a dedicated accessible wide entry lane.
- The event site will be sign posted and stewards in the local vicinity will be able to direct anyone who is finding it difficult to locate the entrance.
- When you arrive at the site please head to the main entrance, before the lanes there will be stewards who can help direct and escort you to the correct lane.
- If you have any access requirements to avoid crowds, please contact us and let the staff at the entrance know, they will be able to provide some assistance to escort you through the entrance.
Toilets
There are 4 toilet locations on site.
Each toilet location has 1 accessible toilet.
From each stage there are accessible toilets within a 25m to 50m range.
Guests with Medical Requirements
- We welcome attendees who need to bring medicines, food or drink to manage a medical condition or medical equipment. Please let the security know at the entrance that you have this for medical reasons (food and drink is not allowed normally).
- Please contact us if you have any concerns.
- On site we have a medical tent for any incidents and emergencies. We also have a welfare tent and a safe space which has trained professionals who can deal with incidents such as anxiety attacks.
- Any of our security or staff will be able to direct you to these tents.
Access to Performance
- There are no services offered such as loops, intra red or mobile connect systems.
Assistance Dogs
- We welcome assistance dogs, there is a spending location at the welfare tent, please contact us if there's any questions or arrangements we can help with.
Strobe Lighting
- There may be some strobe lighting at the event
Other Info
- There are three main bars at the event. All bars have large print menus and lowered access points.
- If for any reason our accessibility information or services change, we will notify ticket holders via email and update this page accordingly.
- Festival staff including SIA Security, stewards and the event management team will be briefed to work with attendees with access requirements in the event of a site evacuation. The event management team will work with attendees to cater for their needs should any other access related issues arise while on site.

Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, there will be a wide range of food vendors and fully licensed bars on-site.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No outside food or drink is allowed, unless for specific medical or dietary needs (proof will be required).
Is the event cashless?
Yes, the festival is fully cashless. All vendors accept card and contactless payments.
Are there accessible facilities
Yes, accessible toilets and support services are available. Please contact us in advance for any specific requirements.
What kind of music will be played?
Expect a full day of Amapiano, Afro House, Gqom, Afro Tech and more from a stacked international lineup!
What happens if it rains?
The event will go ahead in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately.
Is there security on-site?
Yes, professional security and medical teams will be present throughout the event to ensure everyone’s safety.
Can I leave early?
Yes, but please note that re-entry will not be allowed.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:

- Portable phone charger
- Comfortable clothing & footwear
