Is Piano People an 18+ event?

Yes. Piano People is strictly 18+.

What time does the event start and finish?

The event runs from 13:00 until 22:00.

What time is last entry? 

Please refer to your ticket for your allocated arrival time. Late fees will apply if you miss your scheduled slot. If you have purchased an "Anytime" ticket, your last entry is 5pm.

Do I need to print my ticket

No, digital tickets on your phone are accepted. Please ensure your screen is bright and your QR Code is ready to be scanned upon arrival.

Is there re-entry once I’ve entered the site?

No, re-entry is not permitted. Please make sure you have everything you need before entering.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Ticket transfers are subject to the terms and conditions of your ticket provider.

What happens if I lose my ticket

Your ticket should be available through your ticketing account or confirmation email. If you cannot locate it, please contact your ticket provider before the event.

What payment methods can I use to purchase tickets?

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your ticket provider.

Can I pay for my ticket in instalments?

Any available payment-plan options will be displayed during checkout.

Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Yes. You should receive a booking confirmation and ticket information by email after completing your purchase.  

I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?

First check your junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation, contact your ticket provider with the details used to make your booking.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Refunds are subject to your ticket provider's terms and conditions. Please review these before purchasing.

I purchased the wrong ticket. Can I change it?

Please contact your ticket provider as soon as possible. Ticket changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and the applicable terms.

I think I've been charged twice. What should I do?

Please check your bank statement and booking confirmation before contacting your ticket provider. If you believe you have been charged twice, provide your booking details so the payment can be investigated.

I haven't received my tickets yet. What should I do?

Check your booking confirmation and ticketing account first. Tickets may be issued closer to the event.

Valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) is required for entry.

Are there any prohibited items I'm not allowed to bring into Drumsheds? 

Please note, you are NOT permitted to bring any of the following items into the venue:Light-up devices (including but not limited to: fairy lights, light-up headwear, glowsticks, torches), inflatables of any size, costume masks, hi-vis, flags, banners, signs, inappropriate branded items and any other items which we consider to be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security, professional cameras and recording equipment, glowsticks, illegal substances; legal highs or any other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing gum; glass or metal bottles; umbrellas; imitation weapons; weapons; ammunition; explosives; horns; whistles; drums; fireworks; or any other article which may be used as a weapon of missile, or which may, in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitors at the venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes). We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of prohibited items. We reserve the right to confiscate any Prohibited Items. Will I be searched on entry?

All guests will be subject to security checks on arrival.

Is Drumsheds accessible?

We want Piano People to be accessible to as many guests as possible. DRUMSHEDS has accessibility facilities and support available for guests who require assistance.

Will there be food and drinks available?

Yes, there will be food & drinks available at the venue. 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No outside food or drink is allowed, unless for specific medical or dietary needs (proof will be required).

Is the event cashless?

Yes, the festival is fully cashless. All vendors accept card and contactless payments.

What kind of music will be played?

Expect a full day of Amapiano, Afro House, Gqom, Afro Tech and more from a stacked international lineup!

Is there security on-site?

Yes, professional security and medical teams will be present throughout the event to ensure everyone’s safety.

Can I bring a camera?

Personal cameras and mobile phones may be permitted, subject to the venue's restrictions. Professional photography equipment will require prior permission.

What happens if I lose something at the event?
